In my past seven years of Epic© consulting experience, HPTI has provided outstanding professionalism. HPTI proved to me that recruiting firms don’t always have to focus on the hiring clients’ interests. At times, it’s the individual’s interests that they are presenting to clients that matters most. I worked with HPTI to secure contract work a couple of times in 2007, and have continued to work with them to identify and pursue additional opportunities. During my tenure with HPTI, they have always been professional, hardworking and honest.
Even if I have specific requirements, they are able to find opportunities for me that meet those requirements. They will also tell me up front about other positions that may not be a good fit for me, but HPTI lets me decide for myself based on the information they provide.

I have been working on a project with HMSA, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii through H|P Technologies since November 2010. HPTI contacted me for this position and their efforts and proper guidance enabled me to work with this client. HPTI answered all my inquiries regarding the client and HPTI. I worked with H|P Technologies in spring and summer, 2010 and in spring, 2011.
As an independent contractor and EHR trainer specializing in the Epic© Inpatient software application, I depend on HPTI to bring contract positions to my attention and to represent me to the client if I am qualified, available and interested in the position. I have worked with HPTI on two contracts during the past two years.
The first project was for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. HPTI arranged interviews with the client during candidate evaluation, contacted me when an offer was made and provided contractual support throughout the five-month contract. Support included completion of all required paperwork, time reporting, compensation and all other administrative activities. Everything went extremely smoothly. I was one of several contractors that HPTI supported during the Cedars project.
The second contract was with the University of Chicago Medical Center. While this project only lasted three weeks, HPTI provided the same level of professional support. I did not encounter any issues or problems during this project.
HPTI facilitated my being hired and took care of paying my rate and expenses in a timely fashion.
HPTI stays on top of things. They are always available to help, always there when they are needed. They handle each contractor as if he/she is the only one they’re working with, which is a rare and valuable commodity. Way to go HPTI.
